I am in charge of Public Relations at my church. I was at the Food Bank Conference today at the Marriot Marquis and they gave a sample of your organic gourmet granola. I must tell you that I fell in love with them. Since I live in Queens, I can't wait to go to the Queens Emporium on Horace Harding to grab a few. Perfectly spiced with that touch, It is very delicious and I am not too keen in granola. Thanks for your creation. Too bad that you don't have them in some of the other health food stores closer to me but I will do the traveling to buy some. I specially liked the Chai Spice and the Banana Chocolate cherry flavors. Please keep up the good work.

As a professional dancer in New York City I REALLY appreciate a nutritious,
wholesome snack that sustains me throughout my crazy day. I was never a big
fan of granola but now Anise/Pinenut is my ultimate favorite snack hands
down. I always have a bag in my dance bag. Thank you for creating such a
clean and delicious product. Or as me and my friend call it: Gaby's
Crack-nola.

well traveled in the granola dept and your product embodies everything that
I most love in granola- big, crunchy chunks, low sweetness, warm yummy
spices. heavenly.

Hi Gaby,
The Chai Spice Blend Granola that I bought is wonderful. After digging into
a bag last night while watching the Daily Show it was an effort to put it
away! I found the spices very lively and the overall mix of ingredients very
satisfying.

Hey Gaby,
Since the medley of flavors in your granola is so deliciously rich, I've
been mixing it with my oatmeal in the morning...So good. I love oatmeal,
but sometimes I can be bored by the taste; I often mix fruit or something
else in there, but with your granola, I've found a winner. I think I could
eat oatmeal now everyday for the rest of my life because I can pick from
your flavors, and it's such a hearty and delicious way to eat hot cereal.

Hi GG,
I just bought your pine nut anise blend granola at the Westerly food market on 54th & 8th. IT IS DELICIOUS! Just wanted to let you know. I'm a personal chef (also a graduate of the FCI)and one of the families I cook for wants me to overhaul their diet so I'm planning to buy this for them as a tasty treat/breakfast alternative. I love it. Good luck!

Holy Granola!! Hi Gaby! We met at Health Nuts on 2nd and 64th on Saturday. I'm the nutrition coach and personal trainer. Your granola is amazing! I absolutely LOVE it, and the flavors are so original. I am definitely going to pass your info and where to buy your granola on to my clients. Who knows, maybe I'll buy some and make them try it in our sessions :)

so may I just say that I love the pine nut anise blend.... but I think it's just because I REALLY love the chai spice, but forced myself to open the pine nut first so I could objectively sample. It's so exotic... at once north african (with the orange zest) and italian(anise), spanish/catalan (cuz of the pine nuts and dried fruit) but also very san franciscan (read: granola, period) . I think the sesame give it a really nice, very subtle complexity underlying everything. SO yeah... mediterannean on the whole? But it also reminds me of that little mix of seeds and sugar you get on the way out of indian restaurants. The good kind tho, not the cheap kind. Either way It's an adventure. A really really beautiful flavor.

By all accounts I've consumed all of your Pine Nut Anise
Blend and am now on to the Chai Spice Blend. I requested
that they order more of your product...in the meantime,
is there any place else that carries your product? I need
a fix!!!

Your granola is the most yummy food I have tasted in years.
I bought a bag of your Chai Granola. It was out of this
world. The healthy blend of spices and granola was mouth
watering. The ginger really added a sweet touch. And best
of all it doesn't taste oily or extremely dry. My 8 year
old son also loves it. And he doesn't like a lot.

I bought a bag of your Chai Granola yesterday at Health
Nuts and am crazy about it! The spicing is a little on
the hot side -- which I love! -- and today I added some
fresh banana which complemented the Chai perfectly! Your
products are GREAT!

Well, no one could wait till breakfast to try the granola.
We ripped open the bags and munched. I LOVE the anise/pine
nut flavors...I've been eating it steadily for about half
an hour. My friend loves the one with the ginger.

Gaby, I love the granola. I'm doing a wheat free, dairy
free diet to help me deal with the Bay Area Hay Fever
season. Goat milk requires a little extra flavor- and
your granola certainly qualifies.

Greetings Gaby, I was shopping today at Westerly Market
in NYC when I discovered your granola. I never buy store
granola; I'm sort of a granola snob. I make my own or
buy really expensive gourmet stuff, anyway your looked
so good so I bought it... I'm glad that I did. I absolutely
love it. I got the Pine Nut Anise blend and it is crazy
good. I've been munching on it here and there and it's
nearly gone. I'm going to have to make a special trip
to get more tomorrow. I think the thing that sets your
granola apart from the rest is that it has life force,
the other stuff just looks processed, you know. You can
tell it was made in small batches with lots of love. Are
there other health food stores that carry it? I've never
seen it before. Is there anyway to get it in larger quantities?
Thank you for putting the energy into making a quality
food like this.

Dear Gaby, It was so lovely to taste your exquisite confection.
I must tell you that I stopped in at the Health Nuts after
running some errands farther up town during which a low
blood sugar attack drove me to purchase a candy bar from
a newspaper kiosk at 83rd Street. By the time I reached
the Health Nuts, my insulin was reduced but I had that
icky feeling that one gets when they ingest 'bad' things
... after eating your delicious Granola, I walked out
of the store feeling nourished, uplifted and with the
effects of the cheap candy bar completely neutralized.
I suspect there is an invisible alchemy that accompanies
your superior ingredients ... Thank you so much for all
of it. I look forward to making your products a regular
part of my diet ... and I will be certain to have some
in my purse for those surprise low blood sugar moments!
With sincerity and all good wishes,
Jane

Hello Gaby, I am munching on some Pine Nut Anise right
now. WOW! It is so so yummy. I am actually eating it in
place of a dessert. My next purchase will be the Chai
spice =) All the best,

Dear Gaby, after trying the sample you gave me in the
Bronx (the first granola I´d ever had!) I became intrigued
about the category. I tried several brands and, with no
doubt, yours is the one I liked the most by far. It became
part of my mornings. Your granola is the bomb and deserves
to be in places like Dean & Deluca and Citarella (really).
It's so above the other granolas. Keep the flame burning.

Dear Kind People at Gaby's Granola, This is no ordinary
granola. And the timing can't be better because I've been
looking for a natural, well-priced premium granola like
yours for quite some time. Other premium granolas are
typically just sweet and crunchy, but you guys at Gaby's
Granola have just taken granola to the next level and
given it a well-needed makeover. I was surprised to taste
the wonderful textures (extremely crunchy included) and
diverse organic ingredients (like pistachios). My favorite
is Chai Spice-I've never tasted such daring and harmonious
spice combinations in a granola. My only regret is that
I only bought one package! I finished the package on the
ride home from the store.

I tried your granola. It's delicious! I already shared
it with some friends and clients. I brought your granola
to my class in Philadelphia and everyone loved it. Let
me know if you market any more of your food and I'll tell
all my health-minded friends about them.
Peace and health,

I tried both kinds and they are both great. I have to
say I was scared of the anise when I saw it, cus anise
can be scary, but I liked it even better than the chai....
good stuff.

Gaby!!! In a word: Unique and Delicious! Ok, two words.
YUM YUM YUM, YUM, YUM!!!! Wow, nice work!! I got the goods

moved onto the other flavor yet but boy, is that sh*t
yummy!! I have sampled it to my friends too - everyone
loves it! I really think you're onto something here!

Oh my goodness, this is sooooo good!!! A coworker of mine
met you this past weekend in a health food store selling
your products and she just gave me a bag of your granola.

I can't believe this has coconut in it, because I detest
coconut, but I'm thoroughly enjoying this granola. My
next stop is your website. Thanks again!!

I've been really enjoying your granola. I had put them
away and forgot I had them. When I got them, the weather
had been so hot and I didn't feel like eating much. But
the other night I felt like I wanted something but just
didn't know what. I started looking through the cabinet
and a big smile came across my face when I saw the granola.
It really hit the spot. I felt like I was eating a rich
spice cake.

Your granola is AMAZING!!!!!!! I have never tasted anything
like it. Really sophisticated. My friend and I ate most
of the chai spice at the market. We had to stop, though,
because it was raising our body temps on an already too
hot day. It must make for a great breakfast in the winter
especially up here in the Arctic. The anise blend is equally
delicious and also got a thumb’s up from my brother (he's
a chef).

Hey Gaby!
Wow, I just opened your package. You did an incredible
job.... this stuff looks great! I'm really impressed.
It's great that you left that window on the package in
order to view the granola. It is really mouthwatering
just to look at. The pieces are so nice and chunky. Thanks
so much! I will certainly be breaking open a bag for myself
a little later today.

Granola is just how you have described it and to quote
my daughter "the flavors explode in the mouth". They do
It is a great combination of flavors and textures. Most
granolas, even the good ones, are nothing to write home
about. Yours is so different. You don't need much to make
the difference. I tried it with some honeyed yogurt on
fruit, over some cottage cheese w/ fruit, on a little
ice cream, out of the bag (had to slap my hand to stop
eating it) and as a garnish over some cake with whip cream.
It looks super on top of everything and it just has that
wonderful kick. You sold me...I think it is worth the
price since I know the cost of producing quality food.
Be confident that you have created something special.
I am enjoying my breakfast as I e-mail you. Soooooooooooooooooooooo

Gaby, I would like to buy one more package of each of
your varieties …Do not be mad, but I plan to mix them
with that Bear Naked mix that tasted so bland and nobody
wanted to take off my hands. I am counting on your intense
flavours to blend with it and make it 'bearable." It's
okay with you this one time???

Thanks, Gaby...The Pine Nut Anise is almost gone. And I
mixed half of the Chai Blend with the Unbearable, shook
it up but still find myself picking out your original
when I munch. I hope the Chai flavor will penetrate over
a couple of days.
